Political: Single Topic Legislation Congress should ban the attachment of unrelated bills to simplify the legislative process. Without single topic legislation it is more difficult for legislators to vote in line with their views and the views of their constituents. With single topic legislation, policy makers will be able to make decisions that reflect their stances on each individual issue, rather than being required to vote "yes" or "no" on varied issues about which they may have conflicting opinions. Single topic legislation rules already exist for many state legislatures. Join this campaign to create a legislative process that bans the attachment of unrelated bills.
