Consumer: "Phantom Load" Disclosure & Full "Off" Switch

Consumer electrical devices should have a label disclosing the amount of electricity consumed when the device is turned off, otherwise known as "phantom load". Additionally, if the "off" switch on these devices does not fully should cut power, this switch should be labeled as "standby" and a full "off" switch should be added to the device. Join this campaign to require the manufacturers of consumer electrical devices to disclose the "phantom load" and provide a full "off" switch.
