Consumer: Labeling Standards for Imported Goods Goods produced in other countries that do not meet the current United States environmental, labor or safety laws should be labeled so that consumers know what practices they are supporting when they choose to purchase a product. Labels would indicate whether products were produced in a way that meets standards for child/slave labor, pesticide/chemical use, pollution control, FDA food safety regulations, etc. Join this campaign to require foreign manufacturers to label their products as compliant or non-compliant of U.S. regulatory standards.
